Our Promise

At Focused Family Coaching, we strive to create meaningful small-group experiences rooted in connection, reflection, and growth.
Because spaces are limited and materials are prepared in advance, our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for participants with the real costs of planning and facilitation.

Wednesday, December 3, 2025
All times listed are Eastern Time (ET).

Refund Windows

Timeframe Refund Amount Details:

Through Nov 19, 2025 - 100% refund Minus non-refundable payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe).

Nov 20 – Nov 26, 2025 - 50% refund Cancellations received within this window receive half refund.

After Nov 27, 2025 - No cash refunds Program materials and seat are confirmed; see transfer options below.

Transfer & Substitution Options

If you can no longer attend:

  • You may transfer once to the next available cohort within 6 months, or

  • Substitute another participant up to 24 hours before Session 1 (by Dec 2, 11:59 PM ET).

Email jaime@FocusedFamilyCoaching.com with your full name, phone number, and payment email to request a change.

First-Session Fit Guarantee (Optional, but Offered)

If you attend the first session and decide the group isn’t a fit, email us within 24 hours after Session 1. You may choose:

  • 50% refund, or

  • Credit toward a future cohort.

This policy helps new members feel confident joining, knowing there’s room for adjustment.

🚫 No-Show Policy

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
You’ll still receive any printable or digital materials that accompany your registration.

Organizer Cancellations

If Focused Family Coaching cancels the entire program before it begins, you’ll receive a 100% refund (including processing fees).
If cancellation occurs mid-program, you’ll receive a prorated refund or course credit — whichever you prefer.

Processing Fees & Discounts

  • Processing fees (e.g., Stripe, Square) are non-refundable, even in full-refund windows.

  • Refunds apply only to the amount paid after discounts or coupon codes.

  • Cash or check payments are refunded via check or Zelle within 7–10 business days.
